2. ฺBooking / จองทัวร์

Book a tour through the website. Easy and convenient booking in just a few steps. Reservations can be made 24 hours a day and you can choose during the day and time you want to travel. Or you may contact the staff by phone or social media (Line, Facebook, E-mail) to reserve a tour ( contact us)

จองทัวร์ผ่านเว็บไซต์ จองง่าย สะดวก เพียงไม่กี่ขั้นตอน สามารถจองได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และสามารถเลือกในช่วงวันเวลาที่คุณต้องการเดินทางได้ หรือคุณอาจจะติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ ทางโทรศัพท์ หรือ สื่อโซเชียลมีเดีย ( Line , Facebook , E-mail ) เพื่อทำการจองทัวร์

3. Payment / ชำระเงิน

Payment will be divided into 2 rounds.

Round 1: Deposit payment

• The company will make an invoice informing you of the minimum deposit of 70% of the cost of each package. This must be paid within 2 days after booking.

• Send proof of deposit transfer along with the traveler's passport to the company. The passport must be valid for more than 6 months.

• In the case of booking a tour abroad that require a visa, the company will attach evidence that will be used to apply for a visa for that route with the Invoice, which will schedule a date to receive the documents for inspection again. But if going to a country that requires showing off at the embassy, the company will check the date to reserve the queue. and will send documents to make an appointment to show at the embassy

Round 2: Pay the remaining amount.

• Pay the remaining amount approximately 2 days before departure and send proof of money transfer.

การชำระเงิน จะแบ่งจ่ายเป็น 2 รอบ

รอบที่ 1 ชำระเงินมัดจำ

• ทางบริษัทฯ จะทำ Invoice แจ้งเก็บยอดเงินมัดจำ ขั้นต่ำ 70% ของค่าใช้จ่ายในแต่ละแพ็คเกจ ซึ่งต้องชำระหลังจากการจองภายใน 2 วัน

• ส่งหลักฐานการโอนเงินมัดจำ พร้อมหน้า Passport ของผู้เดินทางมายังบริษัทฯ ซึ่ง Passport ต้องมีอายุเหลือมากกว่า 6 เดือน

• กรณีจองทัวร์ต่างประเทศ ที่ต้องใช้วีซ่า ทางบริษัทฯ จะแนบหลักฐานที่จะใช้ขอยื่นวีซ่าในเส้นทางนั้นๆ ไปกับ Invoice ซึ่งจะนัดวันรับเอกสารเพื่อนำมาตรวจสอบอีกครั้ง แต่หากไปประเทศที่ต้องมีการโชว์ตัวที่สถานทูต ทางบริษัทฯ จะเช็ควันเพื่อจองคิว และจะจัดส่งเอกสารเพื่อนัดโชว์ตัวที่สถานทูต

รอบที่ 2 ชำระเงินในส่วนที่เหลือ

• ชำระเงินส่วนที่เหลือก่อนออกเดินทาง ประมาณ 2 วัน พร้อมทั้งส่งหลักฐานการโอนเงิน

4. Make an appointment before traveling. / นัดหมายก่อนเดินทาง

Approximately 5-7 days before departure, the company will send a travel appointment form to the customer. To notify the name of the guide / group delivery officer / time and place of meeting. Including important details for preparing for travel.

ก่อนออกเดินทางประมาณ 5-7 วัน ทางบริษัทฯ จะจัดส่งใบนัดหมายการเดินทางให้กับลูกค้า เพื่อแจ้งถึงชื่อไกด์ / เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งกรุ๊ป / เวลา และสถานที่ที่นัดพบ รวมถึงรายละเอียดข้อมูลที่สำคัญสำหรับเตรียมตัวในการเดินทาง
